Hi, I’m Anisah – a professional pastry chef and the founder of Jhané Bakery. With over 8 years of experience in the baking industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of Scotland’s top cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. I’ve also trained under leading chefs like MasterChef Professionals winner Gary Maclean – an experience that shaped my passion for both flavour and finesse.


Over the years, I’ve helped many cafés, bakeries, and dessert businesses across Scotland develop and refine their menus using my custom recipes. From flaky pastries and signature cookies to best-selling brownies and cakes, my creations have helped small business owners attract loyal customers, increase sales, and elevate their brands.
